Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection Faisal Kareem Kundi has said 98 percent flood affectees have been provided the amount of 25,000 rupees per family under the Benazir Income Support Program.

Talking to newsmen in Lahore on Thursday, he said flood victims are still in dire need of relief.

He further said Benazir Income Support Program aims to support the underprivileged segment of the society.

Faisal Kareem Kundi said flood affected people are still looking for the relief funds of 15 billion rupees promised by former PM Imran Khan.
