Policeman martyred in Turbat bomb blast
One policeman was martyred and one personnel was injured in a bomb blast near the Commissioner House in Turbat city on Saturday.
According to Police sources, the injured policeman has been shifted to hospital for medical treatment.
The law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and started investigations.
Condemning the blast Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo said the terrorist elements cannot succeed in their nefarious designs.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has condemned the suicide attack in Turbat and paid tribute to the martyred policeman.
In a statement, he expressed sympathy and condolences to the family of the martyred police officer.
The Prime Minister directed the Balochistan Chief Minister to give Martyr’s package to the family of the martyred policeman and arrange education for his children.
He termed entire nation as the heir of the martyrs, acknowledging their sacrifices.
The Premier further directed to provide best medical facilities to the injured woman police officer.
Shehbaz Sharif prayed martyr for the elevation of higher ranks in hereafter and patience for the family of martyr.
