1st Test, Day 2: England score 96 runs at stumps


On the second day of first cricket Test of three-match series against Pakistan in Multan, England were 96 for 1 at stumps today (Tuesday).

Zak Crawley with 64 and Joe Root with 32 runs were at the crease.

Earlier, Pakistan resumed their first innings at the overnight score of 328 for 4 and were all out for 556 runs.

Captain Shan Masood with 151 runs, Abdullah Shafiq 102 runs, Saud Shakeel 82 runs, while Salman Agha unbeaten with 104 runs were the main scorers for Pakistan.

For England, Jack Leach took three while Gus Atkinson and Brydon Carse captured two wickets each.
