Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has emphasized the importance of cultural diplomacy for enhancing relations with countries around the world. During his address at the Pakistan Foreign Office Women’s Association’s (PFOWA) Annual Charity Bazaar ceremony, he stressed the significant role cultural exchanges play in fostering international ties.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar pointed out that the primary aim of this charity bazaar is to contribute to the welfare of the underprivileged segments of society. He reiterated that such initiatives not only support societal welfare but also promote a deeper understanding of Pakistan’s social, cultural, and economic landscapes.

Dar expressed appreciation for the bazaar’s theme, ‘joining hands, joining hearts,’ describing it as a crucial element in bringing different cultures closer. He noted that events like the PFOWA Charity Bazaar are instrumental in bridging cultural gaps and enhancing mutual understanding among nations.
