Kashmir rally was organized in Islamabad today (Thursday) to condemn Indian atrocities in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiri people.

The rally was taken out from Islamabad Press Club and culminated at D-Chowk.

People from different walks of life participated in the rally and raised full throated slogans in support of Kashmiri people.

Addressing the rally, Azad Kashmir President Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said the sacrifices rendered by the Kashmiri people will not go in vain and they will see the dawn of independence.

Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said rallies will also be held in other cities as well as abroad to highlight Kashmir dispute at the international level.

The AJK President said Modi is a terrorist and his evil designs against minorities stand exposed.

Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Abdul Qayyum Niazi said the people of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir stand by the valiant people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir

He urged the international community to take cognizance of the dire situation in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He stressed that resolution of the lingering dispute is important for regional peace and security.
