Govt Prioritizes Youth Empowerment and Jobs: Mashhood


Swat: Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has emphasized that the socio-economic empowerment and provision of dignified jobs to youth is the government’s top priority. Addressing a youth function at Malam Jabba, he highlighted the importance of the PM youth skills development program, which aims to create employment opportunities for young individuals both domestically and internationally.



According to Radio Pakistan, Rana Mashhood announced that projects worth 36 billion rupees have been approved under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, with a special focus on vocational, IT, and technical education. The initiative aims to facilitate students from all provinces of Pakistan, ensuring they receive the necessary education and IT training to secure employment abroad.



Rana Mashhood also revealed plans to establish Youth Facilitation Centers in all districts within the next three months. He mentioned that each beneficiary could earn approximately 100,000 rupees per month after completing the six-month IT course in their hometown. The initiative, Uraan Pakistan, is expected to significantly benefit the youth of Pakistan and contribute to the country’s economic growth.
