A new and state-of-the-art Website at the Pakistan Mission to the United Nations in New York was inaugurated at a simple but impressive ceremony.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Munir Akram said the Website, which is a user-friendly, will significantly enhance the Pakistan Mission’s capacity to effectively disseminate information about its work at the United Nations.

He also stressed the need to utilize modern technical tools and gadgets for posting information in the digital spaces.

Ambassador Munir Akram also thanked Ahmad Hashim, CEO of Cygnis Media, and his team for their hard work in developing the website free of cost.

The new state of the art website sets a benchmark for diplomatic digital presence, prioritizing user experience with modern design principles.

It has a number of salient features including multilingual website access and provision of translation into over one hundred languages to promote global communication and
understanding.

The Website also maintains comprehensive archive containing press releases and official statements, providing unprecedented access to historical diplomatic resources.
