Pakistan Embassy in Bucharest has established an additional hotline for the assistance of Pakistani students being evacuated from Ukraine.

A statement issued by the embassy said a cell has also been set up for coordination with the Romanian side to facilitate entrants mainly entering at Siret. In coordination with Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, arrangements are in place for immediate issuance of visas, further onward transit and medical assistance to Pakistanis. Accommodation arrangements have also been made in capital Bucharest.

The embassy said facilitation is provided for further transit of the Pakistanis who intend to leave for Pakistan or any other destination of their liking.
